$18.00 – $19.24 per hour
First Shift, includes 2 evenings per week

Position Summary

The Help Me Grow Specialist, Home Visitor provides family centered support to pregnant women and families with children ages three and under. This role focuses on building strong relationships with families, promoting positive parent child interactions, and connecting families with resources to support healthy development.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop supportive, trusting relationships with families through home visiting services

  • Provide assessments, screenings, and intake services

  • Deliver parenting education and developmental guidance

  • Connect families with community resources and provide referrals

  • Advocate for families and support them in achieving personal and developmental goals

  • Promote positive parent child interactions and healthy family dynamics

  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required

  • Associate degree or at least two years of coursework in a related field preferred

  • Experience working with children ages birth to 3 and their families preferred

  • Knowledge of community resources preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Excellent organization and time management

  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities

  • Cultural competency required; bilingual skills are a plus

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Schedule

  • First shift position

  • Requires availability for 2 evenings per week
