What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance services and drive business growth. Collaborate closely with the CEO to set long-term goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Business Development & Marketing – Build and maintain relationships with school districts, special education leaders, and community organizations. Identify new business opportunities, create a multiyear pipeline, and develop innovative marketing strategies to expand our impact.
• Innovation & Service Excellence – Foster a culture of innovation by integrating new technologies and forward-thinking approaches to improve therapy services, streamline operations, and enhance student outcomes.
• Team Leadership & Employee Development – Lead and support a team of talented therapists, providing mentorship, training, and a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Operational Management – Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and service delivery to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and the highest level of care for students and families.
• Community Engagement & Advocacy – Represent NCTA at community events, industry forums, and advocate for the therapy community at the local, state, and national levels.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in the therapy services, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, developing partnerships, and exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving therapy services and making a meaningful impact in the community.
