Help Me Grow Specialist- Home Visitor

Pay range: $18.00 To $19.24 Per Hour

Shift: First Shift- 2 evenings a week

Responsibilities:

• Develop supportive relationships with families and provide family-centered services to pregnant women and parents of children ages three and under.
• Provide assessment, screening and intake, parenting education, information and referral, and advocacy.
• Work in partnership with families to help parents achieve their goals, and increase positive parent-child interaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma required, associate degree or two years of course work in the related field preferred
• Experience working with children birth to 3 and their families preferred
• Knowledge of community resources preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Cultural competency is essential, and bilingual ability is a plus.
