Receptionist

Part-time: 10 to 30 hrs per week

Shift: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

The ideal candidate is a friendly and reliable individual with previous front-office experiencing who is comfortable managing a busy phone system in our Westlake and occasionally Highland Hills front offices

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be able to work first shift
• Basic computer and typing skills
• HS Diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Previous experience in the office setting, preferably in the front office environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. Greet all clients and guests, creating a warm and welcoming first impression of the agency. Responsible for those entering the building. Directs guests to meeting rooms or other public facilities. Announces appointments as they arrive (logging the time of arrival on the daily appointment sheet).
• Calls families to remind them of their appointment for the following day.
• Distributes incoming mail and faxes.
• Manages financial pieces for Finance Dept., ensures co-pays, deductibles, and other client fess are collected at the front desk.
